Christine Marie Dale-Cox, 71, of Campbell, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Campbell Healthcare and Senior Living in Campbell, Missouri.

Christine was born on Thursday, April 28, 1955, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Saul Dale and Yvonne Lou Moore Goldsmith.

Christine was of the Assembly of God faith and dedicated her career to caring for others as an LPN, working in hospice care where her compassion and kindness touched countless lives.

She enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, watching old movies, and singing.

On August 20, 2004, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to Paul Cox. He preceded her in death.

Her survivors include two sons, Scott Dale and wife, Laurie, and John Perkins and Chasity; stepdaughter, Jeannie Lillo and husband, Rob; eight grandchildren: Jonathan Perkins, Dylan Perkins, Heath Dale Jr., Lucy Dale, Scotty Wayne Perkins, Nathan Lillo, Seth Lillo and Thomas Pickard; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Leisa Binkley, Cidney Jo Medlock, and Laurie McCord and husband, Rick; two brothers, Darrell Goldsmith and Charles Goldsmith and wife, Cheryl, along with several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by one son, Heath Dale, Sr.; parents, Saul Dale and Yvonne Goldsmith, stepfather, Dale Goldsmith; and her grandparents, Sidney and Ella Moore.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Landess Funeral Home and Crematory in Campbell. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Luther Crane officiating.
