Brenda Carol Riddell was born on Sunday, May 19, 1946 in Clarkton, Missouri to the late Clarence Hillis and Melba Lee House Hillis.  She departed this life on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 73 years 4 month and 9 days.

Brenda Carol Riddell was a factory worker and she was of the Pentecostal faith. On September 17, 1960 in Malden, Missouri she was united in marriage to James Riddell. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2009.

Her survivors include: four sons, Clarence Riddle of Bernie, James D. Riddell & wife, Jennifer of Malden, Melvin Tibbs & wife, Tina of Bernie and Justin Riddell of Malden; three daughters, Susan Darlene Rutledge & husband, Cecil of Myrtle, Missouri, Nikki Luke & husband, Tyson of Campbell and Missy Greenfield & husband, Lorence of Morehouse, Missouri; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; four sisters, Sandy Holt of Chester, Illinois, Carol Grey of Malden, Diane Ray & husband, Raymond of Gideon and Jan Ray of Kennett; sister-in-law; Debbie Hillis of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents & two brothers, Dub Hillis & Danny Hillis.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 12-1 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden. Funeral services will follow at 1.

Interment will be in the Stevens Cemetery in Bernie, Missouri.
