Malden ~ Billy Joe Woollums, 69 of Malden, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Billy, son of Billy Dale Rawls and Monia Jean Woollums was born on Friday, August 22, 1952.

He retired from Federal Mogul.

On March 12, 1977 in Malden, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Sandra Borah. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Eric Woollums and wife, Melissa of Pensacola, Florida, Tony McElvoy and wife, Deloris of Burfordville, Missouri; one daughter, Tammy Smith and husband, Matt of Malden; seven grandchildren, Brandi Haley, Brittany Woollums, Toby Woollums, Kalin McElvoy, Bailey Woollums, Braden Woollums and Haley McElvoy; six great-grandchildren, Nolen Haley, Carter Woollums, Cameron Woollums, Owen McElvoy, Tatum Woollums and Ada Woollums.

He was preceded by his parents; two granddaughters, Lisa McElvoy, Kelsey McElvoy; two great-grandsons, Liam Woolums, Oliver Woollums; one brother, Terry Rawls and one sister Julia Drayton.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m., Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with funeral services beginning at 3 p.m., at the funeral home chapel.  Burial will follow at Rosewood 1 ^st Addition Cemetery in Malden.

Landess Funeral Home of Malden will be in charge of the arrangements.
