Campbell ~ Billy Skaggs, 78 of Campbell, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at his residence in Campbell, Missouri.

Billy, son of Willard Cleo and Bessie Jane Tinsley Skaggs, was born on Friday, March 10, 1944 in Hiram, Missouri.

He was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist Faith.

On February 27, 1967 in Holcomb, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Roberta Jean Miller.  She preceded his in death on May 27, 2022.

His survivors include, four children, Angela Skaggs Venters and Billy W. Skaggs both of Campbell, Regina Burkman and husband, Rick and James Miller all of Bragg City; five grandchildren, Amber Mills, Heather Thorn, Corey Skaggs, Shelby Miller and Kaitlyn Kennedy; nine great-grandchildren; eleven siblings, Larry Skaggs, Jack Skaggs, Jim Skaggs, Johnny Skaggs, Kathy Samples, Barbara Phillips, Diane Staples, Rick Skaggs, Ronnie Skaggs, Steve Skaggs and Stacy Skaggs.

He is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Amanda Kennedy; brothers, Jerry Skaggs, Terry Skaggs and Bob Skaggs.

Visitation will begin at 11 am, Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
