Fisk ~ Billy Franklin Jones was born on November 29, 1991 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was proceeded in death by both his dad, William Leo Jones on May 18, 2012 and his baby brother Dakota Allen Butler on January 21, 1999. Survivors include his four children Dakota Lynn Jones, 9, and William Leo Jones, 6, both of Piggott, Arkansas, Rayleigh Angela Dawn Jones, 4, and Letti Elizabeth Sue Jones, 2, both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; three sisters, Amber Dawn Jones of Kennett, Missouri, Melissa Jean Velasquez and Megan Dawn Oxley both of Campbell, Missouri; his fiancé, Kari Necole Ethridge of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his mom, Angle Bishop and her husband Michael Bishop of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his aunt, Susan Isenman of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and his biological mother, Margaret Johnson also of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He also leaves behind many other family members and lifelong friends. Billy was a hard worker who spent a lot of years working in manual labor fields and factories. He had a presence that lit up a room and you always knew the moment he walked in. He filled every place he went with laughter and joy and would stop what he was doing to help anyone who asked.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with services beginning at 2 p.m.., with the Reverend Luther Crane officiating with burial to follow at City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
