Betty Luallen of Malden, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at her residence in Malden, Missouri at the age of 86 years, 9 months, and 18 days.

Betty was born on Saturday, June 25, 1938 in Kennett, Missouri to Lee Ervin and Mabelle Lebo Lipsey.  She was a machinist at Federal Mogul in Malden and was of the Baptist Faith

Betty was first married Wiley Luallen and after his passing, she married Ralph McMillian. Ralph preceded her in death on December 18, 2016.

She is survived by her daughter, Paulette Sanders and husband, Norman of Malden; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald and David Lipsey; two sisters, Regina Moses and Levina Ray and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and both husbands, she was preceded in death by two sons, Michael and Keith Whitlock; daughter, Linda Sinclair; three sisters, Wanda Neeley, Inez Summers and Alice Plein; three brothers, Robert Lipsey, Lonnie Lipsey and J.O. Lipsey.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 17, 2025 in Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Reverend Mike Redman officiating.  Interment will be in Rosewood 1st Addition Cemetery in Malden.
