Beatrice Lee Ann Shepherd, 82 of Malden, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Beatrice was born on August 28, 1938,  daughter of the late John J. Linger & Bessie Iwana Weaver Linger. She was united in marriage to Clarence Raymond Shepherd on April 23, 1956 in Weston, West Virginia. He preceded her in death on May 23, 1993.

Beatrice had been employed for Krogers in Poplar Bluff. She was raised by her Aunt & Uncle: Beatrice Fisher & Lawrence Stasel Fisher whom she loved dearly.

Her survivors include: Daughters: Pam Middleton & Marcha Griffin.

Grandchildren: Amanda Wareing & husband, Dustin of Jackson, Missouri, Michael Middleton & wife, Kristen of Dexter and Jacob Griffin & Wendy Kerr of Malden.

Great-grandchildren: Alessa & Olivia Byrd, Carson Griffin, Kamden & Matthew Middleton and Jacob & Aubrey Wareing.

Long time friends: Elizabeth Bolton & Bill Bomar.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and sisters: Martha J. Radcliff & Rose Mary Hammond.

Graveside Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Rosewood 1 ^st Addition Cemetery  in Malden with Mr. James Powell officiating.

A celebration of Life will be from 1-4 P.M. at her residence.

Burial will be in Rosewood 1 ^st Addition Cemetery in Malden.

Landess Funeral Home of Malden is in charge of the arrangements.
