Alvin Leroy Shelton, Jr, 54 of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in Green Brier, Arkansas. Alvin was born on October 12, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Alvin Leroy Shelton, Sr. & Hazel Laverne Williams Shelton.

Alvin had been employed at Con Agra in Russellville, Arkansas.Alvin served in the U S Marines.

His survivors include:   Daughter: Heather Renee Shelton of Malden.

Son: Alvin Leroy Shelton, III of Plumberville, Arkansas.

Grandson: Greg Turner of Piggott, Arkansas.

Brother: Calvin E. Shelton of Malden.

2 Sisters: Debra Martin of Poteau, Oklahoma and Patricia Martin of Wilberton, Oklahoma.

Alvin was preceded in death by his parents.

A private funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.

Interment will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
