Campbell ~ Albert Benjamin (Dude) Wilfong, 93 of Campbell, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas.

Albert, son of George Washington and Myrtle Wallace Wilfong, was born on Tuesday, June 5, 1928 in Hiram, Missouri.

On November 19, 1949 in Piggott, Arkansas, he was united in marriage to Alma Mae Wheeling.  She preceded him in death on December 30, 2020.

He was a retired farmer.

His survivors include three daughters, Sharon Conaway and husband, Tony of Kennett, Sheila Whitlock and husband, Gary of Kennett, Renda Wilfong of Jonesboro; six grandchildren, Shawna Finley and husband, Dashal of Kennett, Richard Conaway and wife, Donna of Jackson, Brian Whitlock and wife, Krissey of Broseley, Derek Whitlock and wife, Mona of Kennett, Emily Parker and husband, Ben of Jonesboro, Amy Barton of Jonesboro; 12 great-grandchildren, Brett, Jacob, Heather, Cody, Matthew, Brittany, Veronica, Gillian, Riley, Dean, Luke and Logan; four great-great-grandsons, Caiden, Conner, Cannon and Bentley. And many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Elza Wilfong and his wife, Louise, Lloyd Wilfong and his wife, Virginia and one sister, Ethel Hardesty and her husband, Jack.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.  Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Reverend Brian Whitlock officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
